RATES & RESERVATIONS

RATES

This intimate Casita guesthouse is $170 per night, plus applicable taxes, based on double occupancy. Each additional guest is $15.00 per night. Accommodations are for a maximum of four persons. Access to the casita and grounds is limited to registered guests, unless previously arranged through the Innkeeper.

Corporate rates are available weekdays only.

All rates include Continental Plus breakfast.

RESERVATIONS

Early reservations are recommended as our guesthouse has high seasonal demand. Reservations are guaranteed with first night deposit by Visa/MasterCard or check. Full payment is due upon arrival. A two-night minimum is required for weekend stays.

Cancellation Policy: If less than a seven-day notice of cancellation is received, guest will be responsible for full cost of reservation, unless guesthouse is re-booked. Cancellation fees will be credited to any future visit made within 90 days.

Early arrival and departure may be arranged with innkeeper.

Children: Children over six are always welcome.

Smoking: Casa Bella is a totally smoke-free facility.

Pet Policy: We are not equipped to accept pets, however we will be happy to offer alternatives.
